Manager and Owner
Alexander Troschel
After completing his Federal Certificate as a fiduciary, Alexander founded Troschel Treuhand und Beratungs GmbH in 2013.
Prior to that, he worked for more than 20 years in the service industry, first in auditing, then with financial institutions in Switzerland and Germany. The last years he had a management function there and was a member of the executive board (COO/CFO).

Fiduciary Expert
Franz Troschel
Franz has been working at Troschel Treuhand in varying capacities since the company was founded in 2013. First as needed, then part-time during his studies and full-time since 2020.
After a one-year internship at a Swiss bank, Franz started his studies and graduated in business administration in 2020. Since 2022 he is studying to become a fiduciary expert.

Fiduciary Assistant
Vivien Lipski
Since 2021, Vivien has been supporting Troschel Treuhand, in addition to her studies in business administration, in the accounting department. Since her graduation she is working for us full time since April 2024.
Originally she is a trained pharmaceutical-technical assistant. Subsequently, she worked for 2 years as an assistant in financial consulting. In spring 2023 she has completed her project management certification according to IPMA Level D.

HR Assistant
Maximilian Troschel
Maximilian joined Troschel Treuhand part-time in 2018 and works mainly in payroll and administration.
Before joining Troschel Trauhand, Maximilian worked for 3 years for two different recruitment firms, first in Talent Acquisition and later in Contractor Care. In summer 2023 he graduated with a degree in History.

HR Assistant
Caroline Lemmerich
Caroline started working at Troschel Treuhand in the fall of 2019. She is part of our personnel administration and our accounting teams.
She has over 12 years of experience as a management assistant in the banking sector, as well as in the "Life Sciences Recruitment" field. Prior to that, she worked for several years in the hotel industry in various locations around the world.

Fiduciary Assistant
Miriam Stöcklin
Miriam has started her employment at Troschel Treuhand in May 2025 in conjunction with a course as a Fiduciary Administrator.

Her current focus is in salary processing and private tax returns.

Apprentice
Amara Echem
Amara has started her apprenticeship as a Commercial Employee with Troschel Treuhand in August 2024.

She is already supporting us greatly in basic processing and receives comprehensive insight into all fundamental tasks and services of the fiduciary field.
